ITM Sail GP 2024

Did you spot us down at Lyttleton Harbor for the 2024 ITM New Zealand SailGP?

Our Demag AC350-6 and Grove GMK5220 were busy carefully lifting the boats in and out of the water over the 4-day event. These boats weigh around 3t each and were lifted to a 54m radius for practices and races. This requires careful lifting and rigging to ensure no damage to the boats so that they can have a successful weekend out on the water.

Great work from Bill Palmer operating the Demag AC350-6, Tim Rhodes operating the Grove GMK5220, our Riggers – Tahi Davies, Nick Needham, and our Lift Supervisor Jason Bell.

Thanks to the Sail GP team for a great weekend.
