Spreader Bars / Specialised Lifting Beams

Smith Crane and Construction have an extensive range of spreader bars available for all of your lifting needs. These include a large range of sizes of spreader bars, hydraulic spreaders and a variety of custom made angle lifters for short lifting needs. Construction Hoists

Smith Crane and Construction have a number of construction hoists available throughout NZ with heights up to 250m, single or double cabin and capacity up to 2000kgs.

With a range of mast tie configurations we also design and fabricate mast tie connects to suit your structure or if your structure cannot withstand the hoist loads we can offer self-supporting towers enabling a “non-contact” assembly of the construction hoist.

Hoists are available with or without operator (dry hire). When dry hire is preferred, then training is provided by our certified personnel.
